“The Spirit of God is upon me to preach good news to the poor, to heal the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and to grant joy to those who morn the oil of gladness and a garland of beauty in exchange for ashes,” (Isaiah 61:1-3, paraphrased).
